TransForce is seeking a full-time Regional Driver / Yard Switcher to support weekday operations based in Eastaboga, Alabama.

This position combines scheduled regional and local routes with yard-switching support at the Eastaboga yard. Routes are no-touch with live loading and unloading.

Regional Driver / Yard Switcher Details:

\n\t
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; 5:00–5:30 a.m. start; approximately 1:00–2:00 p.m. end, depending on daily needs\n\t
• Pay: $25.00 per hour\n\t
• Job Type: Full-time, days\n\t
• Route Type: Regional routes between Eastaboga, AL, and Cumming, GA, plus local routes between Eastaboga and Vance, AL\n\t
• Route Schedule: Eastaboga-to-Cumming route on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; Eastaboga-to-Vance route as assigned\n\t
• Freight: No-touch freight with live loading and unloading\n\t
• Additional Duties: Yard switching at the Eastaboga facility based on daily operational needs\n

Minimum Requirements:

\n\t
• At least one year of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience\n\t
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents within the last three years\n\t
• Must meet all applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements\n\t
• Ability to safely perform roadway driving and yard-switching duties\n\t
• Ability to adjust to varying daily end times based on operational needs\n

Responsibilities:

\n\t
• Safely operate assigned equipment on regional and local routes\n\t
• Run scheduled routes between Eastaboga and Cumming\n\t
• Support the local route between Eastaboga and Vance\n\t
• Perform yard-switching duties at the Eastaboga yard\n\t
• Coordinate with dispatch and facility personnel during live loading and unloading\n\t
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections\n\t
• Maintain accurate logs, route records, and paperwork\n\t
• Follow all DOT, company, customer, and yard safety requirements\n
