- Current RN license in Virginia \n
- 1-2 years of ICU and/or CCU nursing experience preferred \n
- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke certification \n
- Strong clinical skills in adult acute care and critical care nursing \n
- Ability to work overnight shifts and provide weekend coverage as needed \n
- Comfort caring for patients across a wide range of ages in a fast-paced hospital environment \n

- Provide skilled registered nurse care to critically ill patients in an ICU/CCU setting \n
- Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition with urgency and accuracy \n
- Care for patients with complex diagnoses such as respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest, STEMI, stroke, and multi-organ failure \n
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective treatment plans \n
- Administer medications, perform nursing interventions, and maintain thorough clinical documentation \n
- Support a high standard of patient safety, communication, and compassionate acute care \n
