Job Requirements\n

\n
• Current RN license in Virginia
\n
• 1-2 years of ICU and/or CCU nursing experience preferred
\n
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke certification
\n
• Strong clinical skills in adult acute care and critical care nursing
\n
• Ability to work overnight shifts and provide weekend coverage as needed
\n
• Comfort caring for patients across a wide range of ages in a fast-paced hospital environment
\n

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide skilled registered nurse care to critically ill patients in an ICU/CCU setting
\n
• Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient condition with urgency and accuracy
\n
• Care for patients with complex diagnoses such as respiratory failure, post-cardiac arrest, STEMI, stroke, and multi-organ failure
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective treatment plans
\n
• Administer medications, perform nursing interventions, and maintain thorough clinical documentation
\n
• Support a high standard of patient safety, communication, and compassionate acute care
\n
