Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring a KS or compact RN license and 2+ years of experience.

Details\n

\n
• Work in the Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit (4SW-PCU) of a hospital setting
\n
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
\n
• Every other weekend required
\n
• No on-call responsibilities
\n
• 13-week assignment length
\n
• Uses Cerner OneChart EHR system
\n
• Floating may be required to like units on the same campus or another campus within Wichita
\n
• Ceil blue scrubs required
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active KS or compact RN license currently in hand
\n
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
\n
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
\n
• Nursys license/certificate verification within 30 days prior to start required
\n
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
\n

• Provide progressive care nursing to stepdown-level patients
\n
• Radius rule applies; local candidates are accepted but may receive a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility
