American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with strong CRRT skills for a night shift assignment requiring WI or Compact RN licensure and prior travel experience.

- Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting \n
- 4x12-hour night shifts, including 1900-0700 and 0000-1200 schedules \n
- Patient ratio of approximately 1:2-3 \n
- Float to IMCU (stepdown) as needed \n
- Epic charting system experience preferred \n
- \n
- Active WI or Compact RN license required (pending license accepted at submission, must be obtained during compliance) \n
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required in hand \n
- NIHSS certification required, may be pending at submission but must be completed during compliance \n
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required \n
- Strong CRRT (continuous renal replacement therapy) skills required \n
- Prior travel nursing experience required \n
- Two supervisor references within the past year required, with at least one from the most recent assignment and one from the second most recent assignment \n
- Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred \n
- Previous charge experience preferred \n

- Provide critical care nursing to ICU patients with complex, multisystem needs \n
- Skills utilized may include arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management, and titration of vasoactive drips \n
- Experience with cardiovascular, neurological, and respiratory critical care skills is beneficial \n
- A video interview may be required depending on candidate eligibility \n
- A passport-style badge photo is required within 24 hours of offer acceptance \n
- Facility cannot accommodate travelers with latex allergies \n
- Travelers may return to this facility only after a minimum 1-year separation \n
- Travel pairs are accepted \n
- Orientation includes modules averaging 3-4 hours in length \n
