 Job Summary:\n

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (Rehab RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Herrin, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills, experience in rehabilitation nursing, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

 Responsibilities:\n

• Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
\n
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
\n
• Educate patients and their families by providing clear explanations and instructions regarding care and treatment.
\n
• Use sound clinical judgment to recognize, document, and report changes in patient condition.
\n
• Promote a positive and healthy work environment through professional communication and effective conflict resolution.
\n
• Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
\n
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
\n
• Maintain complete, accurate, and timely medical records.

Minimum Qualifications:\n

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
\n
• Current BLS/CPR certification
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of Rehab RN experience (Required)
\n
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
\n
