Production Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

We are hiring dependable Production Operators who value consistency, reliability, and long-term employment. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable performing manual, repetitive tasks throughout the entire shift in a hands-on production environment.

Pay & Schedule

1st Shift: $18.00/hr
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: $18.60/hr
Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

• Weekly pay
• No weekend work

Job Responsibilities

This position involves continuous, repetitive manual labor for the duration of the shift. Responsibilities include:

• Trimming and removing excess foam from panels
• Scraping panels for most of the shift (highly repetitive)
• Sanding surfaces to remove residue
• Preparing boards for coating
• Assisting in coating using handheld tools such as paint brushes
• Operating machinery, including a material handler
• Stacking and palletizing finished boards
• Cross-training in multiple departments as needed

Work Environment

• Highly manual and repetitive work performed all day
• Standing and moving for the entire shift
• Non-climate controlled facility
• Team-based work (paired with another operator)
• Production depends on consistent attendance and reliability

This role requires individuals who are comfortable performing the same physical tasks repeatedly, hour after hour, while maintaining quality and focus.
