We are seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Property Manager to take the reins at our Project-Based Section 8 community in Fairmont, WV, dedicated to serving seniors and individuals with disabilities.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive Community Vibrancy: Keep occupancy thriving at 95%+ while fostering a warm, welcoming, and inclusive home for our residents.
• Master HUD Compliance: Smoothly navigate Project-Based Section 8 guidelines, managing waitlists, applications, and annual re-certifications with accuracy and care.
• Champion Operations & Financials: Own property budgets, optimize financial performance, and oversee maintenance to ensure high physical standards.
• Build Strong Relationships: Serve as the heart of the property by building trust with residents, team members, local partners, and vendors.

What You Bring to the Team

• Affordable Housing Know-How: Background in HUD/Section 8 compliance and Fair Housing regulations (highly preferred).
• Leadership & Tech Savvy: Proven leadership skills, budget management experience, and comfort using property management software.
• Licensure & Mobility: A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a PA Real Estate License (or the drive to obtain one with our support).
• Professional Readiness: Capability to pass a standard criminal background check and drug screen.
