Hours: 32-40hrs/ week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dietitian or Licensed Dietitian to join our team at Nutrire Nutrition Services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling to patients with a variety of dietary needs and restrictions

• Conduct assessments and monitor patient progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes

• MDS section K and Care plan development

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to incorporate dietetic recommendations into patient care plans

• Stay current with evidence-based research and best practices in nutrition therapy

• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise and expertise

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field

• Accreditation by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

• Licensed dietitian or DTR in FL

• (1) years of experience in dietetics (Long-term care experience preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
