Facility: Palm Beach Nursing Center
Location: Lake Worth, FL
Shift: Full Time
Salary: $35 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Palm Beach Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence through personalized therapy programs.

• Assist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.

• Guide residents through exercises and therapeutic activities.

• Monitor and document resident progress and report any changes to the therapy team.

• Maintain therapy equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition.

• Foster a positive and motivating environment for residents.

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in the state of Florida.

• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
