Job Details:

Location: Houston, TX 77024

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm

Starting Pay Rate: $39.39 Hourly (Based on experience)

Temporary to hire

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex workforce analyses to evaluate HR metrics, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations related to workforce analytics
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and presentations for leadership
• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to understand workforce challenges and reporting needs
• Apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies to support business initiatives
• Ensure data integrity by validating data quality and maintaining accurate reporting processes
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting capabilities, data systems, and analytics processes
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement reporting enhancements
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts as needed
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

Education requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in technical, quantitative, or business-focused fields (Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field) required.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, workforce analytics, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data to executive audiences
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
• Knowledge of HR systems and workforce reporting best practices
