Job Overview

We are seeking reliable hard-working CNAs for our Long Term Care facility in Lafayette/Andover NJ. Full-time, part-time and per diem shifts available.

Duties

• Provide or assist with basic care under the direction of onsite licensed nursing staff

• Assist residents with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)

• Assist residents with mobility

• Monitor residents condition and vital signs

• Report any concerns to supervising nursing staff

• Communicate with residents, families and visitors

• Identify patient needs and assist with them

• Changing linen

Requirements

• Current CNA certification from the State of New Jersey

• Must be able to lift

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Must be able to reach, bend, push, pull, do repetitive motions

• Must be able to speak and understand English
