RN/LVN Charge Nurse 6am to 6pm

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN):

• Valid Texas Nurse License.

• Valid CPR Certification.

• I.V. Certification preferred

• Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
