About the Role:
As a Marketer/Clinical Liaison, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Assisted Living Facilities while fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families. Your primary responsibility will be to market our services, build connections, and facilitate communication between our facilities and the healthcare community. Your exceptional communication, marketing, and clinical skills will enable you to effectively promote our services, build trust, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our Assisted Living Facilities to healthcare professionals, patients, and families

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations

• Provide clinical insights and educational materials to healthcare professionals and patients

• Collaborate with our development team to create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content

• Gather and analyze market data to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness

• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our services and build relationships

• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, sales, and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or clinical liaison roles (or a combination of both)

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
