Pre-Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury/Bilingual)

We are seeking an organized and proactive Pre-Litigation Paralegal to support our personal injury team. This role focuses on managing cases from intake through settlement and requires strong communication and case management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation phase
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Request and organize medical records and billing
• Track treatment and case progress
• Draft and submit demand packages
• Assist with settlement negotiations and case resolution

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of personal injury or pre-litigation experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
• Bilingual Spanish/English
