Occupational Therapist - Gladstone, OR

We are seeking multiple Part-Time Occupational Therapists for in-person school-based positions Gladstone, OR.

This position is 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based evaluations and IEP-directed therapy services.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for initial eligibility or re-evaluations.

• Provide timely documentation of therapy sessions.

• Develop and implement IEPs and attend IEP meetings.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist (OT) License.

• Experience as a direct member of IEP teams as an OT.

• Experience conducting assessments as an OT.
