We are currently recruiting for a fulltime SUD (Substance Use Disorder) Clinician.
Responsibilities
This position provides high-quality behavioral health services to individuals in community and criminal justice settings who are experiencing, or have a history of substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. In this role, the clinician will provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based practices that are trauma-informed and promote recovery and long-term wellness. The applicant will conduct comprehensive mental status examinations, substance use assessments, and clinical screenings to identify consumer needs. Based on your assessments, the applicant will develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans. The applicant will monitor consumer progress, maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, and adjust treatment interventions as needed. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and community partners is essential to ensuring coordinated, high-quality care. Required Education and Experience
- Masters degree in human services or related field.
Must be registered with the Virginia Department of Health Professions with current LMHP or LMHP-E licensure status.
- One (1) year position related experience in clinical experience with adults and/or young adults providing individual and group therapy.
- Valid Drivers License with a point balance of -6 or higher.
OR
- Masters degree in human services or related field.
- CSAC
- Three (3) year position related experience in clinical experience with adults and young adults providing individual and group therapy.
- Valid Drivers License with a point balance of -6 or higher.
Preferred
- Three (3) years of additional experience with consumers in the criminal justice system and experience with crisis intervention.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Will require travel throughout the Greater Reach CSB catchment area.
Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection.Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.
Annual Salary Range
Grade C9for Licensed Eligible or CSAC.$60,863.00 - $68,471.00.
Grade C11for Licensed.$69,356.00 - $80,916.00.
$1,500 Sign on Bonus - Restrictions Apply.
