Job Summary:

As a Middle School Teacher at YKQ, you will have the opportunity to shape the minds of young students and contribute to their growth and development. Positions available in ELA, Math, Social Studies and Science.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the academic and emotional needs of our students

• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning

• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of student progress and involve them in their child's educational journey

• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement curriculum and assessments

• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

• 1+ years of teaching experience

• Strong knowledge of curriculum design and implementation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

• Part-time schedule, Monday through Thursday from 2:30pm to 5:30pm or parts thereof (no Friday hours)

Compensation:

• Salary: $20,000 - $40,000 annually (to be negotiated based on experience)
