We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 2 year-old female in her home. We welcome new grads and will train!

Details for this client's case:

• 2 year old with history of prematurity.
• Has trach, vented, tube feedings, and quite active!
• Proposed schedule:
• NOC: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - flexible
• Client lives in Hoyte Lakes with her family.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms
- Assist with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Perform various medical procedures based on patient needs
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Requirements

Experience:

- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients

- RN or LPN Minnesota License

- Ability to build rapport with patients

- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
