Responsibilities:

Occupational Therapist (OT) is evaluating and treating geriatric patients with complex medical, cognitive, and functional needs

Occupational Therapist (OT) develops individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, daily living skills, and overall functional independence

Occupational Therapist (OT) collaborates with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, physicians, speech therapists, and physical therapists to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care

Skilled in adaptive equipment training, fall prevention strategies, and patient/caregiver education

Flexible and responsive, providing high-quality care across variable schedules and patient acuity levels

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid NY Occupational Therapist license 

• Must have prior experience in long-term care as an Occupational Therapist

• Dedicated to providing extraordinary compassionate care as an Occupational Therapist, OT

• Energetic, enthusiastic, committed, & passionate about quality care

• Excellent communication, customer service, & organization skills
