Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical nutrition services to residents in the nursing home; provide care to patients in hospital, rehab, and outpatient areas as needed
- Manage day-to-day nutritional care and support to the foodservice team; collaborate with providers, nurses, and staff
- Assess nutritional needs, develop and implement care plans, and monitor outcomes
- Maintain knowledge and compliance with Joint Commission, NYS Department of Health, CMS, and other applicable regulations
- Serve as a liaison among care teams to optimize nutrition-related outcomes

Requirements
- Active registration/license as a Registered Dietitian
- BLS certification
- Ability to provide clinical nutrition care across multiple care settings
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Eligible for travel assignments and available to commence 09/14/2026

Education and Certifications
