Pay: $60 per visit

What You'll Do:

• Provide dietary and nutritional counseling to home health patients

• Develop and implement nutrition care plans based on physician orders

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to support patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families on nutrition management and healthy lifestyle choices

• Complete timely and accurate documentation

What You'll Bring:

• Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist (RD/RDN), Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LD/N), or Licensed Nutritional Counselor (LNC)

• Active Florida License required

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field

• Active and clear Florida Driver's License, Motor Vehicle History, and Vehicle Insurance

• Home Health or clinical nutrition/dietitian experience preferred

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
