LOCATION: Burbank, CA

PAY RANGE: $80K - $95K

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
• Propound and respond to extensive discovery
• Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies
• Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
• Calendaring
• Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
• Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys
• Organize documents for filing
• Drafting correspondence
• Special projects as needed
• Understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases.
