Cannabis Production Technician-Post Harvest & Trimming

Position Description: About the Role:We are seeking a Cannabis Production / Post-Harvest Technician to support the drying, curing, trimming, and packaging of cannabis products. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment, ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse, manufacturing, cultivation, or cannabis operations.

What You’ll Do
•\tHang, move, and rotate plant material during the drying and curing process
•\tPerform trimming, bucking, and hand processing of cannabis products
•\tAssist with packaging and production line tasks
•\tMonitor temperature, humidity, and airflow to maintain product quality
•\tConduct quality control inspections and identify defects or contaminants
•\tTrack inventory and batch data using Biotrac•\tMaintain a clean and compliant production/warehouse environment (GMP standards)
What We’re Looking For
•\tExperience in cannabis, warehouse, manufacturing, or production environments preferred
•\tFamiliarity with trimming, drying, curing, or packaging is a plus
•\tComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
•\tAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
•\tStrong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
•\tMust be able to pass a background check
•\tMust be 21+ years old
•\tHigh school diploma or GED required
Work Environment

•\tExposure to plant material, dust, and varying temperatures
•\tRequired use of PPE (gloves, masks, hairnets)
