Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Joshua Tree Post Acute is now hiring LVNs for ALL SHIFTS. JT is an 58 skilled nursing facility that specializes in both skilled and dementia care. We are interested in experienced LVNs as well NEW GRAD LVNs for ALL SHIFTS. We offer an extensive orientation and training.
Job Duties: Med Pass, observing patients for change of condition and notifying MD, documenting daily, working with clinical and rehab team to provide proper care and treatment, etc.
