Clementine Home Care Looking for Armenian Speaking CNAs for a case in Newtown Square PA

Clementine Home Care is seeking an Armenian Speaking Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)/Caregiver to join our team in Newtown Square, PA.

• Provide care for an elderly woman who has mild Dementia and needs companionship and personal care: bathing/grooming, ADLs

• Need to remind about medications: Arthritis, pain meds, heart meds

• Ensure the patient’s safety at all times, patient is frail

• Build a genuine connection with the patient and the family

We Offer:

·         Competitive wages - $19 - 20 / hour (pay will be scaled based on verifiable experience level). 

·         Mileage compensation  (currently 70 cents per mile) between cases

·         Per diem

·         Paid Time Off

·         Holiday incentive pay

·         Profit sharing plan - Company contributions will be made at the Company’s discretion to all employees who meet the plan’s eligibility requirements.

Requirements: 

·         Successful completion of a nursing assistant course or the equivalent and maintenance of certification

·         CPR certification

·         High school diploma or equivalent is required

·         Previous home care experience with acceptable references preferred

·         Excellent customer service skills 

·         Prolonged periods of standing and walking

·         Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
