Gardenview Home Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide quality home care to our patients. We are looking for individuals who are professional, patient-centered, and committed to maintaining the dignity, safety, and comfort of patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)

• Provide mobility assistance and assist with transfers as needed

• Perform minor household chores related to patient care

• Assist in preparing meals as needed

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Follow care plan and agency policies

Requirements:

• Active HHA license

• Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible

• Compassionate and attentive to patient needs

• Ability to assist with activities of daily living

• Strong communication skills with patients and care team
