Job Summary:

We are seeking talented and innovative Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) to join our in-house, 50-bed Skilled Nursing Facility therapy team in Sidney, Ohio. Responsibilities:

  • Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our residents

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in a skilled nursing facility setting

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our residents

  • Maintain accurate records and reports of treatment plans and progress

  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and progress

Requirements:

  • COTA certification (required)

  • 0 years of experience in the skilled nursing industry

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on resident care

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
