What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist at Living Gracefully, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients on their journey to improved health and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing clients’ needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Guiding clients through therapeutic activities to help them regain or enhance daily living skills.
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care.
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of client evaluations and progress.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a dedicated professional who brings both expertise and empathy to their work. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and current licensure in Arizona.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and their support networks.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
