About the Role:

As a Rehab Technician at Axia Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans, ensuring a seamless transition to optimal health and wellness. Your expertise will help patients achieve their goals and improve function, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists as needed
•Patient transport, checking and cleaning of equipment
• Assist Director of Rehab as needed
• Scanning and filing of files and making sure infection control is being followed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
