Physical Therapy Assistant at Living Gracefully

Living Gracefully is looking for a Physical Therapy Assistant in Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Mesa, AZ to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable. Contractor 1099 position. PRN.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients in 1-hour long timeslots
• Documenting progress and next steps for following the POC
• Following PT's treatment plan within the PTA scope of practice
• Demonstrating a high level of communication skills with colleagues

Qualifications

• AZ state license as a physical therapy assistant
