Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) and vital signs

• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with patients, families, and colleagues

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, as well as reports and observations

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and services

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
