COMPETITIVE PAY - $65-$75 HOURLY RATE

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to students in a school setting, including assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and execute comprehensive care plans

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and goal setting with students, families, and school staff

• Develop and implement creative and engaging physical therapy programs to meet the unique needs of each student

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments, progress, and outcomes

• Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings as needed

Requirements

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• New York State license to practice as a Physical Therapist

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of student and client information

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
