As a CNA with Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center, you will provide skilled nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
