Evening & Weekend HHA/PCA House Supervisor

The Plaza at Clover Lake is seeking a reliable and compassionate HHA/PCA House Supervisor to oversee evening and weekend operations while supporting residents and staff in a professional assisted living environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HHA/PCA staff during evening and weekend shifts
• Ensure quality resident care and safety
• Assist with scheduling, staffing support, and shift coordination
• Respond to resident and staff concerns professionally
• Maintain communication with management and nursing staff
• Support daily operations and compliance with facility policies

Qualifications

• HHA or PCA certification preferred
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
