Home Care CNA or HHA - Flex 2 Per Diem ProgramMust have a valid Connecticut Driver's LicensePer Diem positions where employees commit to work 2 shifts every other weekendShifts will be assigned based on needs of the organization and can range from 4 to 12 hours per shift. Additional shifts may be worked. These shifts will be assigned according to the needs of the organization. In the event the facility requests additional coverage, any time over forty hours worked will be paid at time and one-half. Minimum Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GEDExperience: 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health AideLicensure: CNA or HHA Certification and Valid CT Driver's License Job Standards:Under the clinical direction of the Nurse Case Manager and administrative direction of Coordinator, Home Care, provide direct patient care services as outlined in essential job function. Required to lift, transfer, and transport adult clients. Provide personal care to clients and keep records of personal health care activities as defined by regulatory requirements.
