Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Assist with transferring and repositioning patients, as needed

• Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure continued growth and professional advancement

• Demonstrate a patient-first focus, prioritizing resident needs and ensuring a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients of varying weights and abilities

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
