Job Description:

The Litigation Paralegal provides comprehensive litigation support to attorneys throughout all phases of complex litigation matters. This role involves case management, legal research, drafting pleadings and discovery, document review, trial preparation, and client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Draft pleadings and assist with factual and legal research.
• Conduct document review and analysis.
• Prepare document productions and organize discovery materials.
• Review, gather, and organize client documents for litigation.
• Research, organize, and summarize records and case information.
• Prepare and assist with written discovery requests and responses.
• Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft pre-trial pleadings and prepare trial exhibits.

Qualifications:

• Experience providing litigation support and managing cases.
• Experience drafting and organizing written discovery and document productions.
• Experience preparing for and assisting at trial.
• Familiarity with the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
• Experience with Summation Pro, Relativity, or comparable litigation support software.
