Nanny Needed

art, music, legos, exercise, playgrounds, swimming at pool club, puzzles, crafts, playdough etc swimming im a single paremt and a nurse. My days are long and they are at an age where they need constant presence and id love to give that to them but the tasks and chores and preperation are significant - its hard to do it all especially with my career.
