Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a nanny for 2 young children in Medway. Our 2-year-old is an active boy who would live outside if he could. He loves to play in the yard and at Choate Park. Our baby is the sweetest and chillest baby and they love each other. Oldest will be pulled out of daycare in order to get more 1x1 time with someone who can support his emotional and mental growth. I am working on starting a business and am flexible on number of hours or days each week if we can find a schedule that works well for both of us. (Potentially 9-5 M-Th and F 9-1? Or some early start or early end days? Or 1 day off per week?)
