We'd love to find one person we can get to know and use for years. We are looking for with weekday and weekend date nights, and occasionally when we go on trips (without the kids) and we have grandma and grandpa come stay at our house - the grandparents typically request help in the afternoon and evenings for homework, playtime, dinner, and bedtime routines.
