Babysitter Needed for my Children

My 2. 5-year-old son is very active. He loves to be outside/busy as much as possible. If the caregiver would be interested or willing to also start some structured learning with him that would be a bonus. We have 2 dogs and a cat in the house and horses/cattle outside so being comfortable with animals (at least inside) is a must. I do have a preference on how we eat at home (not 100% organic strict but we very much limit sugar/junk food) so would need to be on board with that.
