Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Condo duplex, 2BR, 2Ba. Live alone, no pets, no clutter, limited furniture keeping lots of free space. Hardwood floors downstairs (living room + kitchen) and carpeted upstairs (2BR + 2Ba). One BR and one bath are never used and stay clean stay virtually clean between cleaning visits (only touch up required). I am very clean and tidy myself. The required cleaning is mostly some dust here and there and wiping floors and the usual. Only need cleaning about once a month or two. I also travel abroad twice a year for 2 months at a time so will skip a some cleaning months.
