Nanny Needed

I just need to be able to get stuff done and be able to work out. My 10-month-old is extremely attached and contact naps and sleeps with me and Im getting really overwhelmed and need some support. Ideally I start with help while Im home and then get more comfortable and can leave my baby with them. Female preferred. I have an indoor cat that cannot be let outside. Russian speaker would be amazing (I only speak English but my husband speaks both)
