Plan and deliver nutrition interventions to address patients' health condition(s) to improve health outcomes. Assists Outpatient Nutrition Coordination in the coordination of the outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) program to ensure patients' needs are met related to nutrition guidance. Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the program.

Additional Requirements
