Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$27.57 - $35.84 / hour

Relocation Incentive:$8,500 for those who qualify

Summary

Plan and deliver nutrition interventions to address patients' health condition(s) to improve health outcomes. Assists Outpatient Nutrition Coordination in the coordination of the outpatient Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) program to ensure patients' needs are met related to nutrition guidance. Assists in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the program.

Additional Requirements

Working knowledge of principles of current nutrition and lifestyle therapy for age-specific populations served. Demonstrate ability to interface with system personnel on issues of clinical nutrition.
