ICU (Critical Care) NP/PA

Expanding Critical Care (ICU) opportunity offering multiple schedule options.  Fast-paced ICU working collaboratively with intensivist team providing ICU hospital coverage.  Seeking proficient bedside procedures, including central venous catheter placement, arterial line insertion, endotracheal intubation.  High-level clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork.  Cerner EMR.

Schedule options:

7on / 7off schedule.  12 hour shifts per 28 schedule block/182 shifts annually.  Weekend and holiday coverage shared among ICU Advanced Practice Providers.  No call requirement.

Requirements:

• Board Certified: Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
• 2 years ICU (critical care) experience
• OH license, or eligible

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary to $165K
• Signing bonus (up to $10K)
• Relocation assistance (up to $5k/negotiable)
