Daily Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide individualized behavioral support services for pediatric clients receiving ABA therapy.

Primary duties include:

• Implementing skill-building and behavior reduction programs

• Following treatment protocols created by supervising BCBAs

• Recording session data and documenting client progress

• Supporting children in developing communication, behavioral, and social skills

• Maintaining professionalism and consistency during therapy sessions

• Traveling to assigned client locations as needed

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Active BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Prior ABA or mental health technician experience preferred
