• 5:30am-12:00pm (Thursday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will apply paint and coatings to rubber components while ensuring a high-quality finish that meets company standards. The ideal candidate has a steady hand, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to remain focused while performing repetitive tasks. This position requires standing for extended periods in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Paint rubber parts according to work instructions and quality specifications.
• Apply coatings evenly and accurately using the appropriate painting methods and equipment.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure proper coverage, color consistency, and overall quality.
• Touch up or rework parts that do not meet quality standards.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete production orders accurately.
• Handle and organize parts before and after painting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Report equipment issues or product defects to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or industrial painting experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a steady hand for precise painting.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for 10+ hours per shift.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, bend, reach, and move parts as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.

Preferred Skills

• Industrial or manufacturing painting experience.
• Quality inspection experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
