Avir Vista is looking for an exceptional Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) to lead our team in Brady, Texas!

This isn’t just another Administrator opening. Our Brady facility is a CMS 5-Star Overall rated building, and we’re looking for the right leader to help us keep the momentum going, grow the building, and make an already strong team even stronger.

What We’re Looking For

• Current Texas Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) license

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field

• Minimum of two years of nursing facility Administrator experience preferred

• Strong operational and financial skills

• A leader who can motivate a team and hold people accountable

• Someone who knows how to balance great resident care, happy employees, census growth and strong operations

• Most importantly — someone who wants to lead from the front and have some fun doing it
