Professional Cleaning & Maintenance Services (PCMS) is seeking dependable and experienced Floor Technicians to join our evening team in the Lafayette area.

Schedule:

• Evening shifts
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Responsibilities:

• Strip, wax, and buff floors
• Operate floor-care equipment safely
• Perform routine floor maintenance
• Maintain clean and organized equipment
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper wet-floor signage
• Complete assigned work accurately and on time

Qualifications:

• Previous floor-care experience preferred
• Knowledge of stripping, waxing, and buffing is highly preferred
• Ability to lift and move floor-care equipment
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to complete a background check and drug screening
