Assistant Director of Nursing

Centerville Health and Rehab, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in the Centerville area of Dayton, OH, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our clinical leadership team. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in leading daily clinical operations and delivering quality resident care. Prior nursing home experience is required for the ADON position.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily clinical operations

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff across shifts

• Monitor resident care quality and support survey readiness

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical compliance

• Participate in care planning and quality assurance initiatives

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Compensation and Schedule

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Prior ADON or nursing leadership experience

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
